Raised on a small farm in Tennessee, with roots in southern China, I fluctuate between the here and the out there, rhythm and the unfamiliar, my light and their light. Photographs have nudged me around the world, rooted me at home, pushed me to reexamine, and sparked a life of movement, exploration, and storytelling.
